Well, since tonight was family night Ryan and I decided that we were going to carve a pumpkin. I have been trying to get all of Ryan's siblings to have a pumpkin carving contest, but they didn't want that. So, we went over to the families house tonight to carve our pumpkin. I bought a carving kit and Ryan (who is very picky when it comes to picking a pumpkin) did the carving and I did the tracing. It was a lot of fun. Ryan was really focused while he was carving. I don't know that I have ever seen him that quiet. It was really cute! Here are some pictures of it. We couldn't find our lighter so maybe I will post another picture of it when we get it all lite up! It will be really cool! It is a witch stirring the brew over a fire!

I got tagged!!!!
Well, I got tagged from my friend Krista ( texasadams.blogspot.com )! I read hers and she is really good. This one is going to be hard for me. So I am going to try it out. I am supposed to say 7 random facts about myself.
1. I have picked so many degrees and have never settled on one. At first it was an interior decorator, an accountant, child science, social work, nursing, and finally nutrition. Crazy, huh! I wish I could just get a degree in a little bit of everything. I guess that is when being a mother counts.
2. I used to hate computers. I could never figure them out, but know with this blogging stuff I am totally addicted. You have all probably figured that out. My husband just laughs at me when he walks in the room and I am trying to figure out something new for my blog.
3. I love to cook. I just wish I had more recipes that were simple so that I could make them more extravigant. I like to spice things up in my own way. Sometimes it turns out good and sometimes it doesn't.
4. I so wish I could see my neices and nephews more. They are too spread out over the United States now-a-days. I miss them all. I guess that is why it is good I am having a baby and the people in Ryan's family are having kids! The only one missing on my side is Henry and on Ryan's side, Brooke and Landon!
5. I wish that I had learned to play the piano a little better. I love to play and wish that I had a real one to play. I secretly dream of being a concert pianist. That would be so amazing. However, I don't like to accompany people. It makes me too nervous.
6. I am addicted to shoes. If I could I would buy some new shoes every chance I got. They make me happy and to me they pull an outfit together. I would be happy to keep the style of shoes forever that were in style my senior year of high school until about 3 years ago. The shoes I started to like and still like are hard to find now. I am not a fan of the thin high heel. They are too hard to walk on. I'm not graceful enough.
7. I love to eat chocolate even though it makes me sick to my stomach. My husband always tries to get it away from me, but I somehow seem to find it all the time! It is an amazing food! As my sister would say, it is part of a food group because it comes from a cocoa bean.
So now I have to tag 7 people:Here's who I tag:
1. Jenny ( tjandb.blogspot.com )
2. Taryn ( rtbchoate.blogspot.com )
3. Kristen ( nksmith0512.blogspot.com )
4. Nikki ( bnsaline.blogspot.com )
5. Erin ( erinturner22.blogspot.com )
6. Dana ( http://web.mac.com/keithprescott1/iWeb/Site/Blog/Blog.html )
7. Adell ( logan-adell.blogspot.com )
Link to your tagger (like I did with Krista) and also post these rules on your blog:
1-Share 7 facts about yourself on your blog, some random, some weird
2-Tag 7 people at the end of your post by leaving their names as well as links to their blogs
3- Let them know they are TAGGED by leaving a comment on their blog

Galluping Piglets
For those of you who don't know, Ryan and I got put on the activities committee in our new ward. We were excited for this calling because neither one of us had done this before. Tonight was the Halloween Party. They had originally planned on me not being there, but I hadn't had the baby yet so I went and did my part. I started out this morning by making chili in the crock-pot. It was so good. Then I went and helped with the little set up things all afternoon. At the party tonight I spent the majority of my time in the kitchen putting hot dogs in the buns! Fun, right? Gayle and Mark came to see Brooke in her costume and Deena and Aaron came to show off Landon in his costume. It was a lot of fun!
Deena and Aaron looked all over for a halloween costume for Landon. They had a hard time finding one that wouldn't fall off of him. They went to Walmart last night and they saw this and Deena didn't buy it because she thought it would be too big. Well, Gayle thought it would be just fine. When Mark found out that they saw a horse costume he was out the door to Walmart to buy the costume. Doesn't he look so adorable!
Brooke was a Piglet. Need I say more? She made the cutest little Piglet that I had ever seen. She was so happy and loved all the attention she got. What's new though! I didn't realize how much attention people get when they have a baby until I went to the store with Jenny a couple of weeks ago. Everyone has to stop and look. Notice Brooke is pointing in the picture. This is her latest thing. She also knows where her nose is! What a little smartie!
At the end of our fun night this is what I came home to. I am sorry for the fat legs, but aren't my ankles huge? They are nothing compared to what Jenny had to deal with, but for me they are huge.

Babysitting Brooke
Well, many of you know how much I love being around little children. When I moved to Arizona I gave up being around little children. I especially missed my neices and nephews. Since I got married, Ryan's sister-in-law, Jenny, has had a baby girl (Brooke) and Ryan's sisters long awaited arrival (Landon) have joined the family. AND soon to be Kayden. Anyway, today I had the priviledge of babysitting Brooke. She is the happiest little thing and I enjoy every minute I spend with her. I have to take pictures of her everytime she is here, because she is so cute. I also send them to Ryan because she always has some cute little outfit on and he likes to see what she is dressed in.
She loves being in the swing when she is here. The birds and leaves fly in a circle and she stretches as far as she can to reach them. It is the cutest thing.
She was being so funny. She would climb up as high as she could in her car seat and slide down on her belly. This is after she had slid down. She knew I was watching her and taking pictures so she only did it a couple of times. So cute!

Is the End Near? ? ? ? ?
Well, the end is near, hopefully. If you notice the time that I am posting this blog then you will realize how much sleep I don't get. It is yet another sleepless night in my home. I am feeling a little nauseated and I toss and turn all night. I told Ryan that I would rather wake up with a child than wake up for an unknown reason. I have been waking up from about 2-5 every night. This is when I am glad that I am not working, but I wonder if I would sleep better if I did work. I get so tired during the day that I think I will be able to sleep through the night, but no such luck right now. Anyway, I hope this nausea goes away soon so I can enjoy some ZZZ's. Well, good night! Random picture, huh! I was playing around with my computer the other day and took this picture while I was sitting here!

PREGGO
Here is a picture that was taken a couple of weeks ago. It isn't my favorite. My friend Kristen came up from Tucson to see me and she insisted that she get a picture of Ryan and I together. She is a picture fanatic. Ryan wasn't completely awake yet. Anyway, here is what she got. Ryan's clothes don't even match. This is him on a Saturday before he has gotten ready. I will post another picture so you can see how big I am now. I have gotten huge the last couple of weeks. The Dr. says I can't stretch much more. I AM HUGE! Ask Ryan!

Watching Landon Grow . . .
Landon was born on Sept. 6th and has been such a little joy to have around. We all love him very much. Watch as he grows in these pictures. He is so stinkin' cute.
Could you find a happier mother? Deena loves being a mother and dressing the little guy up.
He is laying on a burp clothe! So precious!
Could you find a more happy father? I don't know. The competition would be pretty stiff. :)
Like all the TV commercials say. Priceless. How do you catch a snapshot like this? Perfect timing!

Faucheux's Arizona Layover
Tobin, Doris, Heber, and Henry went to Oklahoma last week and they had a 4 hour layover here in Phoenix. LeeAnn and I took them to a park so the kids (mainly Heber) could play. We had a little birthday party for Heber since his BIG 2 was the next day. They were so fun to see and play with.
Everytime I pulled the camera out Henry was ALL smiles!
What can I say? Henry didn't like the party hat. He had been a really good sport for being rushed all over the place all day.
Well, I wanted to post another picture, but it won't let me. It was so much fun for them to be here.

Brooke's Date
Well, Brooke went on her first date. She had so much fun that they even kissed at the end of it. This little guy with her is Bryson. He lives across the street from Mark and Gayle and his is almost 3 months older than Brooke. They were chaparoned (SPELLING?) by Bryson's grandma, Margaret. It was so cute to see them together in this little wagon. Brooke had the time of her life and Bryson would just stare at her like she was crazy. It was so cute.

Annette's Wedding
Well, we bought our plane tickets before I had permission to go to Utah. I just kept praying that I would be able to go. We were supposed to leave Wednesday the 1st of August and I didn't get permission from the doctor until Monday afternoon. It was cutting it close, but he didn't want me going into labor up there. I wanted so bad to be at Annette's Wedding (and Neal's too!!!). I wanted to see Doris, Tobin, Heber and Little Henry. I was introduced to Henry, in person, before they moved to Washington State. I was able to see Richard before he left for good to move his family to Denver. I did miss my cute little neices. They always seem to make things so energetic. But other than that it was wonderful. We spent a lot of time with Cameron. Cameron and Ryan just fed off each other and kept us laughing the whole time. It was nice to be around family. In the family picture you can kind of tell that my ankles were swelling. This was when they were small. By Sunday after church they were so big that the shoes I was wearing had made an indent around my whole foot. It was crazy. I never pictured that happening to me. We had a lot of fun.
